An Audi concierge will personal deliver and pick up your vehicle; transactions including contracting and vehicle check-in are largely handled over a
mobile phone; the service focuses entirely on Audi-based products. Whether it’s Audi or Silvercar, the purpose of the service is clear. Travelers are interested in a fresh, new take on the car rental experience. Now, instead of users going through a third party, Audi just cut out the middleman and built their own product.
